What you need to know before booking your mammogram
At The Harley Street Breast Clinic your mammogram is a potential lifesaver, and its accuracy is crucial to you.
- No referral letter is required
- The report will be available in two working days
- Under 40? An ultrasound may be the best test for you. Please call us and talk to one of our staff
- Family history? You may benefit from having a mammogram at an earlier stage. Please call to make an appointment for advice
- If you have a concern such as a lump, pain or nipple discharge, you should always have a comprehensive check at our one stop breast clinic
Your mammogram is reported by two Consultant Breast Radiologists and analysed by a sophisticated computer programme (iCAD). We choose this thorough system as tiny changes can be the most important when we are aiming to identify potential problems at the earliest stage.
