Our breast cancer management team includes medical Oncologists and Clinical Oncologist.
Medical Oncologists are specialists in the use of chemotherapy. Clinical Oncologist specialise in radiotherapy treatment of cancer.
Both types of therapy are often required in the treatment of breast cancer. In many cases either one or possibly both chemotherapy and radiation therapy are not necessary. The details of these treatments are explained on our web-site under ‘Breast Cancer Treatment’.
